香港2023年4月18日 /美通社/ -- 纳斯达克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（「AGBA」「汇邦」）是香港领先的一站式金融超市，董事会今天宣布批准一项股份回购计划，授权以不超过10,000,000美元回购最多1,000,000股AGBA普通股。回购反映AGBA致力回馈股东，为他们带来价值，同时保持财务灵活性，以投资高增长机会。回购计划也显示董事会对公司未来前景充满信心。

按适用的证券法例及监管规定，AGBA或会不时在公开市场回购股份。公开市场回购将根据经修订的1934年证券交易法（「交易法」）第10b-18条进行。

任何股份回购的方式、时间和金额将由AGBA管理层根据其对普通股交易价格、市场和经济状况、监管要求和其他公司考虑因素等，作出评估及自行决定。

有关授权于2024年4月18日到期，并可能随时暂停或终止。公司亦没有义务回购任何数量的普通股。
